Anti Spam Policy

  1. SPAM is strictly prohibited as a promotional tool, in any form or by any means.
  2. Our CLIENTS are prohibited from sending any unsolicited communication to end users, either physical or digital, unless they can prove that the user has expressly consented or requested it.
  3. The CLIENT must ensure that the following conditions are met (but not limited to):
    1. SPAM is defined as any unsolicited communication sent without the recipient’s consent via email, newsgroups, IRC messages, instant messaging systems, or any other form of communication deemed spam by common internet standards.
    2. For an email address or mobile number to be added to a list, the recipient must have explicitly opted in. The CLIENT must provide PAYPLUGHUB.COM with the original IP, name, and other details of recipients, if possible, including the physical address and the source from which the contact details were obtained.
      In all cases, recipients must have given clear consent to receive emails or text messages, either in response to an explicit request or through their own initiative (for active or former clients).
    3. Text messages must provide clear, truthful information. The short code or mobile number originating the message must be identifiable, and the sender must not use anonymous or untraceable mobile operators or web portals.
      Recipients must always be able to communicate with the sender of the message.
  4. All communications must include an email address, toll-free number, or other clear contact mechanisms, enabling the recipient to opt out of further messages. The opt-out method must remain active for at least 30 days after the original message. Upon receiving an opt-out request, the CLIENT must comply within 5 days.
  5. Users must adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to email and text message distribution.
  6. Failure to comply with these rules by a CLIENT will result in the automatic cancellation of their account, forfeiting all generated income and disqualifying them from creating new accounts.
